Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Sales Policy
All sales are final. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please email us at info@areiainteriors.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
Returns
In the event of a return, Areia Interiors is not responsible for items lost in transit and will not replace or issue a refund for items that are not received within 14 days of receiving the return label. If your return item is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, Areia Interiors will not provide a replacement or refund.
Cancellations and Amendments
Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 72 hours of placing an order. Cancellations are not accepted once materials have been obtained or production has begun. No reimbursements will be issued for delays, differences in estimated vs. actual completion times, or duplicate orders.
Shipping
Shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation. Please allow 5-7 business days after purchase for order processing.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. Oversized furniture items are shipped via freight with lead times depending on the delivery location.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items have a delivery timeline that typically varies from 60 to 75 days. Shipping times may vary based on the product’s country of origin and preparation requirements. Delivery timeframes provided in your confirmation email are estimates and may be affected by these factors.
Refunds
Refunds take 7-10 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 7% return fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
